Navy Captain Steeler's
Private Quarters

Howdy pal !

Itīs nice of you to follow my invitation and visit me here in my quarter. Make yourself as comfortable as you can. Attention please, donīt sit on Fluffy. Yes, the cat of Rookie is very often here with me. She gets better food here. So be careful, Rookie would kill both of us when something would happen to her. Well, I think I would kill you before him. You should know, Fluffy isnīt only the mascot here but also the secret boss. If she wouldnīt be here this would be a lonely place.

Sitting comfortable? What do you want to drink?

Now, letīs start with the official part, there are some rules I want you to go by. Here they are:

  1. The most important thing is the bi-weekly report. There is no other possibility for the TFA command to check your activity then by your reports. I know itīs not the nicest work here but itīs really necessary to do it. The report takes 5 minutes of your time and it isnīt a waste of time. As long as you report in nothing can happen with your membership. The report shows your interest and as long as we see your interest we will let you stay in the squad.

  2. The weekly squadron meeting is the next point on my list. Here you will be informed about all new important events for the squad. You are expected to show up here. When you canīt attend a meeting mail your superior officer beforehand with your reason. But take in mind, your reason will only be accepted when itīs a valid reason for not being there. In the meeting you will meet your squadmates and only the contact between the squadmembers will create real team spirit. BTW, nothing can make you more proud then a promotion in front of the whole squad. After the official part thereīs always a fun part in the meeting room, so you should take this opportunity.

  3. My next point is about showing respect to your squadmates, to your opponents and to the zone. Always remember you are the one who represents the TFA on the zone. Do not use the comlinks for your personal discussions with somebody. Keep in mind how much damage such discussions can cause. I know itīs sometimes hard to stay calm but donīt attack somebody in person. You can shout at the screen and Iīm sure it will help you. Try to figure out your problems in private chats and do not involve the whole squad in them.

  4. The last point is about war performance. Maybe you wonder why this is my last point. Well, itīs is easy to explain, Iīm pretty sure you joined for playing . Now, you are expected to fly 5 games in either XvT or XWA WoW. I can assure you that itīs really no problem to get those five games. If you cant make it let your superior officers know why, because failing your duties could result on you being removed from the squad.

OK, now we had that, I better start with introducing myself. Iīm absolutly sure you have heard some rumours about me, so letīs create some clearness in my mysterious life.

My real name is lost somewhere in the past, but actually I will always be called Ranger Tarkin. You ask why? Oh, this is easy to understand. In my childhood I liked to play Ranger and thatīs the reason for this strange name. Yes, Iīm the granddaughter of the well-known Grand Moff Tarkin. My mother was his only child. She was also in the Imperial Navy and just as all Tarkins she was absolutely loyal to the Emperor. My mum was the communication officier at the Imperial Dreadnaught Amazon and there she met my father. He served as the first recommended private and he never doubted the Emperors orders. Unfortunalty I can hardly remember them, only a few blurred pictures and photos stayed. Most of the time I was on board of the Amazon too, but when I for the first time visited my grandpa on Coruscant alone, it happened. The Amazon was attacked and destroyed by the rebels. My parents stayed at their duties and allowed the escape of a big crowd of the crew in this way. Both of them got the Medal of Honour, one of the highest awards in the Imperial Navy.

But also a lot of rebels were killed at this attack making this battle despite everything a strategic victory for the Empire. The losses on their side was unacceptable high. My parents had to stand up for their convictions and were killed for them. Iīm very proud of them. As I said before I was with my grandpa on Coruscant at this time. This was my big luck and I believe that the force already lead me in those days. I was only 5 years old and it wasnīt an easy time for my grandpa either. But he decided for me to stay with him. We only had each other, but this was enough. We served the memory of my parents and we swore revenge.

At Coruscant I met the Emperor too, and this meeting changed my life forever as you can imagine. It happened one year after the death of my parents as I was 6 years old. The Emperor saw the strength of the force in me and begun with my training. As I was a fast learner and my hate made me unbelievable strong in the ways of the force, Palpatine decided to let the strongest of the Sith finish my training. Exar Kun agreed and so I left Coruscant at the age of 9 years. On the fourth moon of the planet Yavin my training was completed. But the real strenght of the force lies into the dark till today, nobody has ever seen it fully working in myself. And I think this is good because otherwise others could be scared for it. No, I dont know it by my own. I only know there is more that I could use till today. Yes, Iīm a full trained Sith Lord. No, donīt feel fear my friend, as long as you are loyal there is no reason to feel in that way.

After finishing my training at the age of 12 years I returned to my homeworld Coruscant. The Emperor supported me once more and I became the youngest member of the Secret Order. In the following years I unmasked a lot of rebel scum who dared to try to infiltrate the Empire. And so I got in the Inner Circle of the Secret Order. The members of the circle were chosen by Palpatine himself and they had to show lots of success in their work. Mistakes werenīt allowed. As you see it isnīt easy to come to the Inner Circle of the Secret Order. My rank includes that I could carry out an immediate execution if someone should dare not to fullfill one of the Emperors orders. But this also includes that I must say Iīm a member of the Secret Order and as a result normally nobody dares obeying orders with me standing on watch. But more Iīm not willing to tell about the Secret Order. But if you feel like you want to serve the Emperor with all you can give I will organize a test for you. And if you show you are worthy for it, maybe then you become a member too, who knows.

At the age of 18 years I joined the Imperial Army. Donīt look so surprised, yes Iīm a real stormtrooper. I wanted to go as fast as possible to the battlefield to fight against the rebels and I had no interest in going to the Imperial Flightschool. Only 6 months of training sounds different to 2 full years I think. On Carida I also learned flying the stormtrooptransporters and visited any further education courses the whole time. It could happen that one of the troopers has to fly the comrades out of the combat area and so some troopers have the knowledge to fly. You see I followed a different way to learn flying. After this 6 months on Carida my two best friends Siggi and Dan joined the 77th Platoon together with me.

Now I want to speak a little bit about my two friends. Dan can repair all you give him and he is an absolute weapons specialist. It didnīt took a long time and he left the stormtroops to work together with Bevel Lemelisk, the well-known developer of the Death Star. As one of the many assistents of Lemelisk many of the systems show Dans design. He still works in the developer team for secret weapons and itīs fully understandable that we must keep silent about these projects. Siggi and me created a team in the stormtroops, she was the Green Beret and I was the Sniper. Siggi was unbeatable in duels and you should never provocate her. Besides she had a special training with explosive charges and so we always caused much damage on our trips. Finally we were in the Imperial Commandos.

Well, one time Siggi had bad luck and one charge exploded too early. She lost 2 fingers of her right hand and was not longer able to do such special operations. That was the reason for her to return to Carida and now she leads the 13th Trainingscorps of the stormtroops. She is a hard teacher but a good and fair one too and she knows exactly what you need to survive missions in the stormtroops. All after all I must say my time in the stormtroops was great.

Now you ask yourself why I became a pilot. OK, here is the rest of my life story. Shortly after Siggis injuries the cowardly attack on the Death Star followed where I lost my last family member, my grandpa. After this I resigned from the Army and wandered restless and without an aim through the universe. During this period I heard many stories of Imperial Navy fighterpilots and in a bar at Tatooine I talked with one of them. It was Grand Moff Keify of the Euro Wing Eagle Squad of the Tie Fighter Alliance. On this day I made the decision to become a pilot. Because of my knowledge in flying I finished my training in 8 months. Then I got the order to report in at the Phoenix Squad of TFA Wing 4 too. And so I came here.

I have decided for myself not to take a rest until the last of the rebels is death and my revenge is complete. Together with my squadmates and friends like you we will destroy that rebel scum till the last of them crawls back in his hole. So I think I have talked a long time about myself now. OK, more I dont want to tell you. Now itīs your turn. Give it a shot!
